What is included in the membership?

Everything you need to Regulate, Restore, and Rebuild: Full workout library (Gym & Home), nervous system rituals (breathwork, tapping), metabolic nutrition guides, monthly masterclasses, and access to our private community circle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. We offer a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time with no penalties. We also offer an annual plan for a significant discount.

Is this for beginners or advanced athletes?

Both. Our programming features tiered progressions. 'Level 1' builds stability and form, while 'Level 3' pushes strength and complexity. You choose your adventure daily based on your energy and experience.

How much does it cost?

The Collective is $49/month (less than the cost of one personal training session). Annual members get 2 months free ($490/year).

What equipment do I need?

For the Home track, you need a pair of dumbbells and resistance bands. For the Gym track, we utilize standard equipment (barbells, squat racks, cables). The Regulation resources require no equipment.

Is there a community aspect?

Yes. We host a private community away from social media where you can share wins, ask form questions, and connect with other women on the same journey. The vibe is supportive, not competitive.

Do I get 1:1 access to coaches?

The Collective is a self-led but community-supported space. We do monthly Q&A calls where you can ask questions, but for deep personal 1:1 guidance, we recommend our 1:1 Coaching Program.

How long are the workouts?

We value efficiency. Strength sessions are 45-60 minutes. Regulation rituals are 5-20 minutes. HIIT/Cardio sessions are 20-30 minutes. We know you are busy; we make it count.

Is there a meal plan included?

We provide 'Metabolic Meal Blueprints' and recipes, but not rigid day-by-day plans. We teach you how to fish (build a plate) rather than just giving you a fish.

Can I join if I'm pregnant or postpartum?

Yes, we have a specific 'Motherhood' modification track. However, always consult your doctor before starting new movements, especially if you have specific complications.
